Delivery & Returns
All Loo with a view products are individually hand crafted meaning that no two pieces are the same, what you get is a unique work of art and a guaranteed conversation piece.
Your Loo with a View product is made to the highest standards, using the best materials available. As a natural part of the manufacturing process the underside of the toilet seat lid May appear to feel abit rough and not be entirly smooth, for viewing pleasure always put the lid down after use.
INSURANCE CLAIM IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE PURCHASER:
Whilst we check, pack & send product in A1 condition, accidents can occasionally occur in shipping that is outside our care.
As all seats/products purchased online include postage insurance it is the purchaser’s responsibility to claim any damaged goods with their local post office/carrier/insurer and to receive the refund. We will advise of the correct claims procedure.
Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery, your local post office/carrier will also need to be informed within 24-72 hours of day of delivery. It is important that you inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery.
The damaged product & ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING will have to be presented for inspection to your post office and/or email photograph of same to our office, failure to keep or present original shipping box & packing may lead your post office to deny the claim.
We will not be held responsible for claims denied or refused by postal service
Once a refund is received the purchaser may then re-order the product from Loo With A View™, for the credited claim amount.
A replacement can not be sent unless the proper claims procedure is followed and refund is obtained.

We will not be responsible for mishandling by postal services or couriers; this is why your product is insured.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS:
If goods purchased from Loo With A View™ are found to be faulty, Loo With A View™ must be contacted within the first 48hours of delivery.
Photographic email evidence will be required to be forwarded within 48 hours of delivery.
Loo with a view will at its discretion, Repair, replace or return goods
If the goods require return, We will refund the cost of the return postage in addition to fully replacing the same for Authorised return only.
Please email us at sales@loowithaview.com for advice for an authorization code and return address before sending.
Any goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore insist that the customer uses an insured carrier at the customers expense.
If the return is Authorised, But outside our usual claim requirements, The customer is responsible for the cost of any return postage and insurance and future deliveries.
The product if return is authorised, Must be received in the condition as notified and verified by photograph.
